About

Building the infrastructure of trust
for global science

I work at the intersection of mathematical logic, blockchain engineering, and scientific publishing. My core thesis: the world needs a global, neutral, verifiable layer for research artefacts — one that does not depend on any single publisher, country, or platform.

My background is in mathematical logic and semantic programming at Sobolev Institute of Mathematics, Novosibirsk — work on Gandy-style fixed-point theorems, the P = L problem, and polynomial-computable representations of formal systems. From there I moved into blockchain theory (axiomatisation of distributed ledgers) and applied AI infrastructure.

Through IAIC FZCO in Dubai I now build the Enigma Blockchain (ENB) — a sovereign chain optimised for journals, peer review, datasets, and conference attendance. The chain provides canonical IDs for research artefacts, transparent editorial governance, and on-chain economics for authors, reviewers, and editors. Alongside the protocol I run editorial initiatives, organise conferences (MathAI, SmartCity, IAIC events), and lead the IAIC global AI strategy.
